Xaloc hosts Foment del Treball’s DUAL Conference
The session, focused on the implementation of the Dual Vocational Training Law, brought together more than 60 professionals to analyze the role of companies in training future talent.
This Thursday, October 23, Xaloc hosted the DUAL Conference organized by Foment del Treball, a meeting dedicated to the implementation of the Dual Vocational Training Law and to the shared responsibility of companies in the training of young people.
Held in Xaloc’s main hall, the event gathered over 60 participants, including representatives from the business community, training centers, and public administrations. Throughout the session, attendees shared experiences, best practices, and challenges related to the rollout of the new Dual Vocational Training model, which aims to strengthen collaboration between the educational and professional worlds.
Under the new law, all vocational training pathways become dual, combining learning in educational centers and companies. In this way, companies become active agents in the training and integration of future professionals, contributing to a more skilled and competitive labor market.
The event featured expert speakers and served as a space for discussion and reflection on the future of Dual Vocational Training in Catalonia.
