1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Xaloc Vocational Training (hereinafter, “Xaloc FP”), with registered address at Avinguda de la Granvia de l’Hospitalet, 100, 08902 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat · Barcelona and tax ID A08147555.
2. Purpose of the giveaway
The purpose of the giveaway is to award a free enrollment fee for a vocational training program at Xaloc FP, at any of its campuses, for the academic year [2026–2027].
3. Eligibility
All individuals who complete the participation form during the Cornellà FP Dual Fair and expressly accept these terms and the data protection policy may participate.
If the participant is under 14 years old, express consent from their parents or legal guardians will be required.
4. Participation mechanics
Participation in the giveaway requires completing the corresponding form and providing the requested personal data.
Each participant will have a single entry linked to their registered personal data.
Participation implies explicit acceptance of these terms by ticking the designated boxes.
5. Prize
The prize consists of:
● Free enrollment in a vocational training program at Xaloc FP for the academic year [2026–2027]
The prize:
● Does not include other costs (monthly fees, materials, additional services, etc.)
● Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services
6. Conditions for claiming the prize
To benefit from the prize, the winner must:
● Complete enrollment in a Xaloc FP vocational program for the specified academic year
● Meet the academic and administrative admission requirements
● If enrollment is not completed, the prize will be forfeited
7. Winner selection
The draw will take place after the Open Day on the 28th, using a random selection system among all registered entries.
No alternate winner will be selected. If the winner does not meet the established conditions, the prize may be declared void.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the participation form.
9. Personal data protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws, the following information is provided:
